"The staff was FANTASTIC! There was always someone at the lobby, 24/7 and everyone was always smiling and willing to help.
The rooms were clean, the beds were cozy and warm (with an extra blanket!), the wifi was quite good, although there were moments it wasn’t loading. The hotel was very well located! It was near the main square and many restaurants.
The breakfast was quite complete, I just wish there had been a few more gluten free options, but there were a few good options to pick from:)
Also the staff packed us a breakfast for when our excursion left at 4am, which was so kind of them!
I unfortunately suffered from altitude sickness and the staff was very understanding and helpful, they instantly called over a doctor and when I was sick again the next day, they provided an oxygen tank. I am really appreciative of their help and kindness:)

"A nice hotel, great location, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Kiki the alpaca was a real treat! Only downside is the noise - could hear everything going on outside and in adjacent rooms. Hotel could benefit by posting “quiet hours” at least to contain the noise from those staying at the hotel "

We went to Machu Picchu and got delayed for 2 days returning. We had valuables in the room and our check out was expiring. We rebooked and messaged the hotel. They took care of everything. When we returned all our valuables were secured.
