The bed & breakfast is set in a lovely area. It's close to everything, the town, restaurants, The checkin was simple, everything is done through your phone. The rooms are clean, breakfast can be delivered to your room if you have it set up. The Inn response quickly to your questions and needs. Enjoyed everything about our stay at this Inn.

This was a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. King size bed was great as was the room. Spacious bathroom and large shower. Homemade chocolate cookies upon arrival and breakfast basket was wonderful, yogurt with fruit, quiche etc. Would stay at this property again.

Unfortunately, the J Patrick Inn is not what it used to be. I don’t know if it is an a corporation that purchased it from Linda, but there are no staff there and it’s now become an Airbnb. What used to be a wonderful breakfast in the morning in the main house is now a basket that has a cold quiche, some salami, a carton of orange juice that you couldn’t open up, and a cup of coffee! So sad to see what has happened to a beautiful place.
