Absolutely amazing staff!! They all went above and beyond!! Breakfast was next level Amazing!! Special shout out to staff Mangde, Gek Tri, the twins Ana and Ani, Yoga and Agus, ita and Ari!! (The dream team!!) The pool area was Devine. The food was amazing, though prices were same as Australia. A fair bit away from anything (except GoKart track) but Gojek and Grab made this no worries!!

At surface level, it looks good but once you get settled in - it’s nothing more than your average hotel that prices itself as a 5-star hotel. The staff was very nice, and the activities available were nice to be able to participate in but the restaurant was over-priced for below-average food (minus the breakfast buffet, that was awesome), the pool was not well-maintained, and it was pretty far from everything.

Overall the rooms was beautiful but after a closer inspection there were broken things here and there, rust gathering places, etc. Just not quite the 5 star luxury advertised. What an absolutely fanstastic place to stay! Brand new, big size rooms, big swimming pool with good and plenty of beds. I was stay there with my family due to my birthday son, when i arrived it was surprised as they decorated our room with the baloon which i actually didnt request, they also provided us with the fruits and macaroon upon arrival in the room, family suite are the best but we forgot to request on ground floor as the garden has an access better for kids . Overall thank you royal tulip teams for the great service.
