The room was clean with all the usual Japanese hospitality such as providing toiletries. pJ’s to wear and slippers. a/c worked great in the room. No a/c in the hallways on floor 17. The included breakfast was surprisingly great with traditional Japanese offerings. They also offered toast and cereal. The best part was the shuttle ride to the KIX airport which the hotel provided - it was very convenient.

Wonderful stay. Great staff. First time in Japan, so took an UBER from KIX airport to hotel. Train station is near by. Many convenient stores near by. Everything (food places) kind of closes by 8-9 pm.

Had a layover in NIX. We chose this on price, and it was a little exploration for us. An authentic little town and 2 stops from the airport by an easy to catch train. About a 5 min walk (if that) from tge station. Don't know if we got lucky with our room, but it was large, had a sofa seating area and massage chair in it. Excellent value
