Most employees at this hotel are rude and have no respect. You ask question they just walk by. The pool closes at 5pm that’s unreal also the food was the same all week definitely I would not stay here again

This hotel staff was nice. The room was modern however the hotel dont offer wash cloths and barely hand towels. I guess they want us to use our hands. The food is medicore and not a great variety. The beach is private and cool. I stayed here 1 day because me and husband wanted to be close to airport after leaving Negril from a resort and the energy and vibe went from 100 to 20...I will never stay here again I requested hand towels 3 times and didnt get them. I also tried to reach out to the hotel for 3 days before getting a responds the day I checked in and at the point it was useless... lastly I paid for a deluxe beach front room and I got more of a deluxe pool view. Only could she a bird view because the palm trees was blocking. I suggest you get a room on the 3rd floor or better for a view i was on the 2nd.

Front desk is horrible, as it being the first place guest go to I would assume the people there are welcoming. Which was not , horrible attitude with no answers . Our Room was to be ready at 3pm and we got checked in at 6:30pm as that being said I will not go back or recommend anyone go there and expect exceptional service. The property was 2 stars at best and no toiletries or soap was provided

Rooms n corridors needs better cleaning, need plugs at better area in the rooms for phone charging , needs whiter cleaner towels, they are dingy rough and brown , they do not provide wash rags which is absurd , phones by the bedside are dirty, great location and within walking distance to the downtown area, ran out of food with no replenishment even tho people were checking in quite regularly, front desk people do not smile and b welcoming, find a way to keep flys away from the food….needs better prepared food at the grill area …. A plus is beautiful view from balcony …. Needs more entertainment have to walk to sister hotel for activities, needs a manager on site for any issues we may have . Long corridor walk to rooms not safe… only few cameras are installed…. But surprisingly I visit every year cas I love my country n want to see if improvements have been made… rooms are never ready until 5 pm or later so pls book a late flight, lobby needs better furniture n decor. Should have an incentive package for those visiting very often…

My stay was fabulous the entire family loved it. I had a little issue with my booking from hotel.com. Dwayne the manager was patient and courteous. Sean was alway Nice friendly , cleanliness was on point.food was good, entertainment was ok. my entire stay was great my adult children love every minutes of their stay. We will be back!!

The room was ok a/c was cold no wash cloths. Close to airport food was good. Entertainment needs improvement cuz its too short but there was entertainment at least by rhe pool. Pool closes early so entertainment ends early. Overall not a bad place for the price since u can make up for the entertainment by visiting its sister hotel

Elegemos esse hotel por ser um dos únicos em Doctors Cave que aceitava crianças, pesquisamos e realmente é o melhor trecho de praia, a cor da água é paradisíaca e a estrutura de praia é boa. É isso que salva o hotel. De resto, deixa bastante a desejar. Hotel antigo. Funcionários movidos a gorjeta, se você não paga, dificilmente consegue ter acesso as bebidas do “all inclusive” só conseguimos beber cerveja red stripe após remunerar o pessoal do bar todos os dias, nunca tinha cervejas na torneira e após gorjetas algumas latas de red stripe apareciam magicamente. Café da manhã é gostoso. O restaurante mediterrâneo sem custo tb é delicioso, mas o buffet internacional de almoço e janta era bastante complicado, comida ruim e muito apimentada. Ficávamos na fila para reservar o restaurante mediterrâneo todas as manhãs, lá serviam filé e salmão, uma delícia, mas quando não conseguíamos jantávamos no buffet e era uma tristeza. Acho que se a praia for a coisa mais importante pra você ainda vale a pena ficar nesse hotel, mas, sabendo que o serviço e o all inclusive deixam a desejar.

The Grand Decameron Cornwell Beach is a pretty nice resort. Beautiful clean beaches and nice clean pools. The bars are nice and the staff is engaging. The dining experience has plenty options. Plenty to do, even if it rains. We were able to catch two live shows. They were both amazing. We stayed 5 days/4 nights. I was celebrating my 54 birthday. The resort is literally 4 minutes from the airport. You actually can see the planes landing from the beach! So cool!!! Check in was easy-peazy! The WiFi was just ok, not the greatest. But would I stay again? The answer is yes. One suggestion, invest in some anti slip flip flops. Next time I wlll. Look for Courtney, Rodney, Jerome (front desk) and Samuel (lifeguard). Have fun….

Having read the reviews of this resort, our expectations before our trip were not high. However, the resort put every bad review to shame and we had an amazing stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very kind staff and the check-in process was a breeze. The room may have been slightly outdated but had everything we needed and was clean. We absolutely loved the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets. All hotel facilities worked perfectly. We had no issues finding lounge chairs at any time of the day (both by the pool and on the beach), and we enjoyed the various water sport activities available. We also went on the snorkel tour, which was a great experience and ended up being just the two of us. Based on previous experiences at all-inclusive resorts, we expected that we would be going out to eat most of the time. However, the food was fantastic so there was no need to eat elsewhere. Great variety of (mostly) Caribbean dishes with great flavors. We were very happy with the food and missed it when we got home after our trip. Every person on the staff that we interacted with was lovely, funny and accommodating. They offered great service, tips for the area and great banter. We would not think twice about coming back and staying at this great resort!

My stay would be shadowed by what I saw and heard from the minute I was checking in. A guess was at the front desk expressing his unhappiness with not having any hot water in his room to shower. My heart sank hearing that. Sure enough when I got to my room after a flight and a long day I wanted to shower and change and after running the water and expecting it to be hot I was quite shocked it did not warm up. I was hoping that when the guest said it was two days he was there without hot water I was hoping it was probably only that room but eventually when I was on the beach and talking to the other guests I realized that it was not an isolated incident but something quite common to this resort. The room I had was old , the drapery was dirty, torn and the backing that should block out the sun was peeling away. The towels were rough and dingy, not soft and white as they should be. The furniture was old and needed to be updated. The majority of the workers were very friendly except for the few that I encountered when I voiced my concerns. The food was good for me for the most part. Overall I would not go back to that resort.

Every room is a beach view room. The food was some of the best I have had at a hotel/resort! Everyone was very friendly and its a very short ride from the airport.
