The staff are nice. Bugs galore (spiders, ants, gnats, weird ones) but that's probably because it's summer and I'm on the bottom floor. Old furniture, old building, basic rooms. My bed in one room was comfy, moved to another, not so much.
The breakfast is cereal, bagels, oatmeal packets, yogurt. I'm here for a few months, travel nurse at the hospital across the street. Speaking of, half the people live here so there are no discounted rates for staying months on end. They do have a weekly rate that is decent, even in summer months. The usual residents look sketch but are nice. No one will bother you or your stuff. It's close to the mall and another shopping center. Close to the freeway so getting around is a breeze. It's a budget friendly place so have budget friendly expectations. You'll have a clean, quiet, and safe place to sleep. I'd stay again if in the area
