Not good experience
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The room had a couple of serious issues—most notably, the thermostat was broken, and the control panel for turning the unit on or off was missing entirely. This made it impossible to adjust the room temperature, and I ended up with a sore throat after the first night, likely due to the poor air quality or temperature control.
On the positive side, we arrived about three hours before the standard check-in time, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate us with a room right away. I appreciated that gesture. However, the room we were given was on the lowest level of a building that has over 20 floors, which felt like a downgrade rather than a true complimentary gesture.
Overall, while there were some good intentions, the room's condition and the resulting discomfort made this a disappointing stay. I hope the hotel addresses the maintenance issues soon, as they significantly impacted the overall experience.
