They have no front desk, so you have to check in using a kiosk. The kiosk had an error and couldn't check me in. they leave a phone number listed outside to call. I'm visiting from the USA, so I had to use international data to try to call, which has a message in french that sounds like its disconnected. I then had to call hotels.com which kept me on hold, while I'm standing outside in the cold. Its been over a week and I still haven't gotten a refund because they need to get approval from the hotel to refund even though I could never check in.
