I'm giving five stars because the bed was comfy, location great and when a wave drenched us the front desk noticed and brought us extra towels which was great. BUT there were ants everywhere and a cockroach.

Room was clean. Kitchen had no cookware or utensils. Dinette broken chairs. No remote and when we got one still didnt work. Oh and no pool or hot tub.

Friendly Manager Hotel Needs Repairs
The lady who checked me in was nice and friendly. But the toilet is not fastened to the floor, hot water and heat was not working in room 205. The room was dirty and I had to clean it myself. Bed was nice size and the television. They said they could move rooms but already took a cold shower. All of this should have been caught by the staff before I checked in.

Nice place for get away
We just stayed one night, but the experience was good. It provided an easy walk to the beach and close proximity to a great Cuban restaurant next door. Staff was attentive and room was clean and well stocked.

Nancy was nice and made the check in very easy. Less than 3 minutes. Room was updated but still looked a little dated. Room was clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. It was a good value for a single night. There was a Radisson and Hilton across the street on the beach for 3x the price. Maybe worth it if you are vacationing but if you are looking for just a night or 2 in the area, this place can do it.

The hotel manager was nice and accommodating. The place is small but the rooms were big. It's a good value for the money you spend. Could use an update but that shouldn't sway your opinion because overall the property and the staff were great. The location, the price and the manager is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

This place looks COMPLETELY different than online. No pool. Rooms FULL of bugs in the bed and walls. Dirty sheets and clumps of hair on the floor. When I asked for help or why it was like that the staff looked at me like Iwas CRAZY for complaining. we checked out.
