In a quit location but close to all the area highlights. Pic du Midi was a stunning drive away which was almost as good as the views from the top.

Gorgeous hotel lovely location, exceptional dinner in the restaurant!! Dog friendly. Wonderful staff. Sadly only stayed one night so couldn’t explore the area.

Excellent service throughout . I could not find fault even I tried really hard. All the staff were polite and friendly and the bedroom was spotless. Our special thanks to charming lady at the reception, very friendly room decorating lady and the manager Pascal Martin. Restaurant was excellent - Highly recommended all round.

I have just come home after five nights here in a 2-person studio. The studio was very clean, and well-equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery if you want to cook for yourself (two-ring electric hob and microwave). There is a dishwasher with a couple of tablets supplied. My studio was on the edge of the complex and next to the main road but I couldn't hear the traffic at all with the patio doors closed, (you can close the electric shutters also) and I slept very well. Got this hotel at £34 per night through Expedia and would recommend it to anyone. The manager who was on reception when we arrived could not have been more helpful. Hope to stay there again the next time we go to Lourdes. Paid 8 Euros for parking which has access direct from reception. Well worth it.

This is a 2 star hotel so don't expect the level of comfort in a 4 star. We needed a reasonably priced hotel for one night and we are very happy with the choice. The hotel is greatly located at the heart of Lourdes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and would rate them 5 stars for the services

Hotel only 3 minutes walk from the Sanctuary.Staff very helpful,polite and always willing to help,especially Livia.I've already recommended the hotel to my sister. I intend to come over next year and will stay here again.

Met with a friendly face, room clean and comfortable, breakfast bar had been redesigned with a great deal of thought, we have stayed before, car parking excellent.

Very helpful and we had a really lovely room with a view of the river . It was great to have a kettle as well as us Irish like our cuppa !

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. However, the room was much smaller than the one we stayed in previously at Arcachon Gujan-Mestras. There also weren’t any plug sockets near the bed. I had to use an extension cable to connect my CPAP machine, which was quite inconvenient. The out-of-hours check-in process could also be improved. Thank you so much to the proprietors for taking care of us. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had an excellent dinner for just €18 for three courses. Our best meal while in France. The décor is a little tired but everything was clean and comfortable.
