Excellent stay with great breakfast, good dinner selection. Very clean but also considering environment very well.

Exce;;ent hotel only a short distance from the centre of Rudesheim and the bank of the Rhine. Good breakfast choice and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant served excellent food.

Excellent friendly staff and clean property

This hotel was super . Right in the centre . We didn’t use the hotel parking but parked by the river just a few minutes away . Our room was at the front and we had a super view of the historical buildings . Excellent breakfast .

This was a great hotel looking straight onto the Rhine. My room was a good size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower and breakfast was excellent, even though I was in a rush due to the usual Deutsche Bahn cancellations and having to change my plans. I used the swimming pool, which was excellent, and generally enjoyed my afternoon and evening there. Recommend it!

It is a very nice place to rest and relax. Although this hotel may not be the most family-oriented option for guests with small children, we had a very pleasant stay. We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Only a very small downside was that the bed was not the very comfortable I would expect in this hotel. Apart from that, we will certainly come back again :)

Easy to find with SatNav. Friendly reception staff. Room was lovely, though wasn't garden view (facing the roof with a bit of countryside beyond) and no slippers as suggested on website. Lovely comfortable bedding, no fan or air conditioning but a nice breeze in the hot September morning. Breakfast was fine with standard continental choices. Ample parking and Wi-Fi worked OK. If we had more time we would have enjoyed a game of table tennis in the garden!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location just a few minutes walk to the Rhine riverside where there are nice bars and restaurants and sights to see. Nice bar, food & breakfast too. Even parking was very good being underneath the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, modern, well equipped, lovely breakfast buffet.

Had a little gym. No other hotels in Koblenz have this. It a nice relaxed place just along the river from the city centre. Nice 15 min walk into the city. Good rooms and facilities. Easy parking in underground garage at hotel.

The location of the hotel was very good, it was very close to the city center. Staffs were very friendly.

Very central location either to travel by car or public transport. Nice breakfast choice and the staff are bery friendly
