Great hotel, lovely staff and super room.

We were hiking GR5 in January, with one stage ending at Vianden. We were grateful to be able to stay in this comfortable and conveniently located hotel, as there were very few overnight options at this time of the year. We got a larger room than we booked with view at the castle. The room is comfortable and clean. We had dinner at the acompanying restaurant, which is nicely decorated. The food was delicious. And the staff was warm.

We were visiting friends close by and found this hotel near to them. Upon arrival, the reception was very friendly & welcoming. The room at the rear with a balcony was spotless and fresh. Breakfast was very substantial and we had evening meals within the hotel, which were good valve for money and very filling. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming which made our stay (4 nights) very memorable and pleasant. The village by the hotel was very peaceful and tranquil, we had a walk around...

Room spacious,and spotless,shower lovely,food very tasty,staff attentive,especially the chap on reception great English speaker,and extremely helpful

Parking was directly outside the accomodation - the evening meal and breakfast were both first class
