Milwaukee has pretty interesting architecture and designs. There are also interesting historic sites such as the boat accident close to Water Street. The best thing is walking at the lake shore from the Daniel W. Hoan Memorial Bridge to the Lake Park

Lovely city and easy to get around by car. The weather was perfect during our visit. We have family there so always enjoy revisiting the city and area. Many interesting neighborhoods with unique shops and good restaurants. And Summer Fest weekends!

Juneau park is so close and fun, easy to walk, Memorial day flags still there and breathtaking. People active on the paths in the park and food trucks, also had a opportunity to participate in a fund raiser and got to buy a vet a beer!

Milwaukee is a great, mid-size American city. The food is unbelievably good. You can't have a bad meal in Milwaukee. And it's very navigable; you can get pretty much anywhere by car in 20 minutes or less. I love Milwaukee!

Walking around downtown Milwaukee was fun. The architecture was great and the restaurants were delicious. We went to the Bucks game. I'd love to come back to the theaters.
"Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has been updated and has a modern look. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom in the room was nice sized, but it was clear there was some shoddy workmanship. Very sloppy caulking around the sink, black streaks on one wall that had not been cleaned or repainted to match the gray walls, and the shower was v difficult to turn on/off. There was a piece missing to the faucet, so when you turned it on or off (with great effort), the whole handle comes of in your hand. It was late at night and we didn't want to wait ffor maintenance to come, so we just dealth with it. Overall, very good experience. Good breakfast, except that we arrived right at 7 a.m. when it starts and for the 30 minutes we were there, they never made any coffee."
"The Fairfield Inn turned out to be a wonderful place to stay for two nights during a downtown festival in Milwaukee. It's technically in West Milwaukee, but it's an easy 10 too 12 minute drive to the lakefront, close to Cathedral Square, and near the restaurant/gallery district. The price is a bit on the high side, but everything in Milwaukee was expensive during Bastille Days, so we were satisfied. And the accommodations were excellent, as was the very helpful staff."
