The Claremont Hotel - Adult Only
"Really friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you get in touch early if you want a particular breakfast time, as there is limited capacity. They do warn you about this in advance. Good choice of options for breakfast - I particularly enjoyed the eggs royale. Very handy having the car park opposite the hotel rather than having to park in the town car park at the top of the village. Clean and comfortable room. Shower wasn’t very strong but temperature fine. Very enjoyable three-night stay there, just out of peak season.."
Coombe Farm
"It was a lovely stay. Great location from surrounding areas. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend"
The Old Bridge House
"Excellent all round 👏👏👏👏👏👏"
The Gate Cornwall
"Such a great stay with family. The facilities are great, lots of games and space to get together and relax. Room were beautiful with lovely bathrooms. Staff were really genuine and super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxed and homey place still local to lots of things to do."
Dolphin Guest House
"We had the King room on the 2nd floor. And whilst it didn't have a view, the room was really comfy with a small sofa, window seat and even a dressing table. Breakfast was really tasty - great choice and friendly service."

"Eveything was perfect ,unless they have not provided any toileteries ..."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Looe
- Book for the cheapest times: The most economical time to visit Looe is during January, November, and December, when hotel prices are lower. For a truly enriching experience of the town’s key landmarks, cultural sites, and historical attractions, it's advisable to stay for at least 2 to 3 days. This duration allows you to explore the charming port, enjoy boating activities, and appreciate the quaint small-town atmosphere. You can also indulge in local coffee shops, engage in fishing, and take leisurely walks through the secluded, hilly countryside. With the potential for prices to drop during these months, a trip to Looe can be both budget-friendly and great value for money.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: Explore the DealsOpens in a new window section on Hotels.com to discover offers for Looe. You may find discounted last-minute deals by visiting the Last-Minute Deals section, especially when you enable email alerts or push notifications. The Smart Shopping tool on the app assists travellers in comparing hotel prices and amenities, so if rooms become available or prices drop, you're more likely to see an opportunity to save on your Looe getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a hotel in Looe. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and, at times, greater value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we’ll suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options.
- Consider your location: Staying nearer to major attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes at a higher price. For more affordable options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, which can provide a better balance between cost and accessibility to the places you intend to visit. You could also look into independent hotels situated a bit further out, as they are usually more likely to be affordable and may offer a more authentic experience.
