De Vere Cotswold Water Park
"The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, most specifically at the reception desk. The property is in a fabulous area and setting. Our bedroom was quite large, fitted with the bare basics, and plain decor. Room was tired and needing an update. Not much storage space for clothes and the lack of air-conditioning was uncomfortable in the evenings and at night (needed due to the lovely hot weather outside). We visited at peak season and the hotel was packed, but our room was lovely and quiet. So some good things and some poor. Glad we got a deal through a 3rd party website - at full price I would probably have been disappointed. Staff and location are the main assets."
Malmaison Oxford
"Really enjoyed my 3 night stay.. supper convenient.. and really cool hotel.. use to be part of a prison.."
Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon
"Helpful staff, clean and tidy"
Ramada by Wyndham Oxford
"Everything about the room was fine except the aircon which didn’t work, such a shame as the exec room was very comfortable"
Cotswolds Hotel & Spa
"We had a fantastic time at the hotel and spa. The room was modern, well equipped, bright with lovely views but needed air conditioning! The proximity to the town and surrounding attractions was perfect for our sight seeing break. We are looking forward to rebooking for Christmas. Thanks for a lovely stay."
Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa
"Room was spacious and immaculately clean - generous facilities provided. The only snag was that although there was air on in the room, it did not have any impact - kept wondering whether it was working - the room was very hot all night. Nevertheless, the hotel was great value for the quality it offers and the service provided."
Hampton by Hilton Oxford
"My second time staying at this hotel, and I had an excellent stay both times. Very clean and highly maintained hotel. The staff are very polite and friendly. Comfortable bed, powerful shower and the wireless charger was a nice touch. Definitely recommend."
ORIDA Hotels Newbury
"The hotel was great value for money. It was very spacious both in the room and other areas of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite, the food in the restaurant was very good and the swimming pool was good."
Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford

For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels offer a more personalised touch and may sometimes provide better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average, and if it is on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Opting for accommodation near key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often tends to come with higher costs. For more budget-friendly options, consider staying in areas or neighbourhoods that are less central, which can offer a better balance between price and access to your chosen destinations. You might also look into independent hotels located further afield, as they are more likely to offer a more authentic and economical experience.
