Beach is beautiful with great sand and generally calm and easy to get into. The beach can get busy on cruise ship days but walk 3-400m down the beach and it's a lot quieter. we always saw turtles feeding on the grass, a couple flying Gurnards, eels

Plenty of activities to do. Local amenities in walking distance. Excellent location if you are on a family holiday. The beach itself is second to none after having visited other islands in the Caribbean.

Easy to walk over to Grand Anse Beach from Villa Kaya. Loved Savvy's restaurant. Morne Rouge Beach is more relaxed however, weekends are busy and the one annoyance is La Plywood pounding house music out expecting everyone on beach to enjoy the boom!!

This is an older property with no restaurant on site but VERY convenient to many wonderful restaurants and market by 5 minute walk. Right On the beautiful Grand Anse beach and far enough from the cruise ship people!

"We experienced an unexpected cancellation by Air Canada while staying at another resort, with no assistance provided and limited availability elsewhere. Thankfully, this property welcomed us with incredible kindness and patience during a very stressful time.

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hillview, the apartments are nicely sized & kept in good condition, with a nice pool to cool off. What really wins for this place is the location, a few minutes walk to Grand Anse & 10 mins drive to BBC beach which is great. A bit of a steep hill to navigate but ok if you are without mobility issues. I would stay here again for sure.
Hot tip, check out “Dexter’s restaurant” for a hidden very close by gem, the food is amazing, trust me.
