From a delayed immigration process that had us frustrated and getting in at nearly 7pm along with the stress of 12 hours of traveling we were met in the lobby with the warmest reception and care which took all the stress away immediately. on site and washing facilities (super good). Great option for families. One downside is room cleaning is every 5th day. We stayed 4 nights and had no room cleaning during our stay. With 3 kids, that is not ideal. I think this should be optional. Towels can be changed at any time though....
