It's within easy walking of anything you can hope for, including the Hashalom railway, shopping, theatres, and dining from casual to fine. Orly was helpful, flexible, and informative. "I stayed here for two nights in March 2023. The location is excellent with the beach a few minutes walk away, and shops and restaurants aplenty. There are multiple bus stops nearby so it’s perfect for travelling around Tel Aviv.
The host is very friendly and easy to contact via WhatsApp if you need something.
The apartment itself has good strong WIFI and there is a TV which you can watch streaming services only on. Netflix is provided which is great.

"The Good: 10 min. to beach. Off-site staff very nice. Made special effort to send help to carry my heavy bag up steep flight of stairs. Cool architectural windows and balcony. Going for trendy look. The bad: creepy, dirty, hard to find front entrance to old apartment building. Raucous street noise all night. Missing lock on balcony door. Damaged bathroom fixtures. Tea pot, hot plate did not work. Microwave ok. Stained kitchen sink needs scrubbing. No sugar, creamer packets, one coffee packet....
