From the initial welcome; to the helpful conversation about my ongoing route plans; to the helpful offer of where to park my motorcycle safely, this was the standout stay of my journey from the UK through Germany towards Bavaria. Lovely, characterful building, affordable rate and genuine interest in me, the traveller. I will most certainly look to stay here again; so many interesting places to visit nearby, and a feeling of being 'home from home'.

A hotel perfect for those serving or visiting the ring. Stone throw from the ring and pistenklaus restaurant. Breakfast was good and rooms clean.

Staff very helpful on fairly late arrival. Restaurant has wonder view of the Mosel Tal and the passing river traffic

The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size. Conveniently located for local walking routes. The town has everything you are likely to need. The staff were very well organised, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are basic but at the standard expected. The attached bar and restaurant is also good.

Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Kachelberg. It was well run and comfortable. Our room was extremely well presented, very clean and with everything we could have wished for, including a small fridge. The food at breakfast was delicious and with a really good choice. There is an outside area with tables and chairs and we enjoyed a pleasant hour or two later one evening with fellow quests. We would definitely return to the hotel. As a bonus there was a lovely restaurant not more than 20 meters away....

Very simple room. Basic amenities. Quiet serene location in a small town on the moselle. Food quality and quantity was very good. Can recommend and will go there again.
