"One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. "I travelled to Sousse with kids and stayed here as our first stop in Tunisia. Its a huge hotel with multiple building. Plentiful parking and it is very nice. Mist likely i booked the cheapest room so we were stuck in the building aaaallllll the way back. It was fine but positive its not as nice as the front building. Rooms and facility clean. "This is a very dated hotel. The swimming pool and the area around was excellent. We were given a suite on check in which seemed great. However, the room was very dated and the shower door didn't stop the water from leaking out so we had water all over the bathroom, in the foyer to the room and in danger of seeping out into the corridor. It's a real shame because the hotel is in a fabulous location. Just be prepared that it's days of being a 4**** hotel are long past."

"Beautiful property, although older it was well maintained. The outside and inside pools were lovely. I believe it is off season so at times felt line we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was delightful and nice to be able to enjoy it on the patio. Water in room was replenished daily but it was not till checkout that we were informed it was not free. Only feedback I have is there should gave been a sign. "
