Schaumburg is a great suburb. We're fans of Whole Foods and our hotel being a street away was convenient. Of course, the Woodfield Mall being minutes away was a really nice plus. The Woodfield centre had some great restaurants (Big Bowl!) and shops.

There was a Ross a mile or so away. There were no clothes on the floor and no alarms going off. That says a lot of the area. Woodfield Mall is excellent, clean, with great stores. Schaumburg is an affluent area with many nicer restaurants.

While places like food and supermarket and so on are spaced out slightly in this area, they are abundant though. I was there for 4 days 3 nights and managed to have good, Sushi, Indian cuisine and Mediterranean/Latin food, all within about 3 miles.

Schaumburg is a great family vacation place. I found a coffee shop I want to go back to. This is our second visit just to see the area. Our firat visit was Medieval Times. Plenty of choices for restaurants. Its like traveling the world.

There needs to be more activities. We were asking the locals what there was to do and they said they usually go to the city.

we used to live here for years. So many ethnic restaurants, shop, markets. Great diverse community!
"I was happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn. The courtesy car from the Airport and back was very reliable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was immense. It was basically a suite. The only negative I saw was the elevator was a little slow. That wasn't a big deal. I would stay there again. "
"We had a great time staying at DoubleTree in Naperville! The staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, and quick to address any issues that came up.
They use text to check in on guests, and I shared a concern regarding an iron that wasn’t working - they quickly delivered a new one to my room. Love it.
Would stay again!"

Only con. Shuttle service (45 min wait) and bar service (15 min wait) slow.
