We came in the spring, first week of April. Which made for a less busy and less touristy stay. Highly recommend off season in Banff. Weather was beautiful overall and every direction we looked, it's picturesque. Not as much animals as we hoped to see

Banff is stunning!! Banff National Park has breathtaking views around each bend. Beautiful! Come prepared for weather changes. It is cool in the evening and as it's fall the weather is unpredictable. We had fog, rain, snow, and sun. Bring layers.

Banff was a wonderfully welcoming town. One of the best tourist towns I have visited. Their signage was helpful and clear. Everything was super clean. We were impressed with the public water filling stations. Very walkable downtown!

Banff exceeded our expectations. We are big hikers but we also like living comfortably. This is the perfect place to do a difficult hike and come back to a resort-like atmosphere. And the whole town smells like pine forest and caramel.

Banff is lovely with lots to do. The restaurants in the area were also good and everything is walkable or a short hop on the bus. My only complaint is most of the shops had the exact same stuff- would have loved more local variety.

Banff is such a fun place to visit! I love the little town, and all the great food options. It's such a beautiful area! The Banff Hot Springs are great! I also highly recommend the Park Distillery, both for food and spirits!

My husband loved the convenient ski shuttles to Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. Our dog and I loved hiking around the town and along the Bow River Trail. This town is incredibly scenic and has wonderful dining options.

Although a busy place year round, Banff is worthwhile to visit for the scenery alone. An abundance of side trips, attractions and outdoor activities makes it an ideal destination for anyone who loves the mountains.

If you have never been to Banff, get there! Unbelievable views, and a great home base to see other sites in the Banff National Park. Take the bus tour to Lake Louise/Moraine Lake, you won't be disappointed.
"Love the property, on site dining, coffee, hot tub, cleanliness
Was a little far from town if I’m honest- 1 km walking or so- not as fun in the rain. Can take Roam bus but something about proximity is underrated "
"Excellent property!! Courteous/friendly employees, very clean, loved the hot pools (and view of the mountains from them), etc. The King room with a Mountain View and fireplace was awesome.
Sudden Sally, the restaurant connected to hotel was so good. "
"Perfect location
Friendly, helpful staff
Great units. It accommodated well up to 8 people without feeling cramped .
I just love the bathroom products, very ecological & beautiful scent. "
"Stayed here with my husband twice and the staff have always been really friendly and the rooms very clean! The cool hot tub is awesome too! We will be staying here again! :)"
