"Property is beautiful everywhere you turn, straight out of a movie! Hotel is located at the top of a mountain and you get to over see the vineyards and cities., absolutely beautiful views. The only downside is the hotel only has 2 restaurants that offer diner and they alternate on which night they are opened, you also need reservations in advance and even then tables with a view are not guaranteed. The staff kindly helped us to get our bags to our room which is very spacious and clean, although a little bit tired in decoration.
However the excellent location of the hotel in the historic centre overlooking the river more than made up for the decor.
A pleasant buffet breakfast was included in the price.
All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly.
