"Not suitable for those looking for a fun summer resort. Front desk Russian staff is by far one of the most uncomfortable staff I have ever dealt with. They give 1 room key and if you request a second key (2 guests) they openly say no. Electrical sockets are not all working so they offer to charge your devices in the reception. Air conditioning is not operational during certain hours of the day during the summer. Energy in the pool is quiet, apparently the “adult-only” ad targets 3rd age, rooms...

"Very good quality for cheap prices. The Beach is really really clean an the water is refreshing but not too cold. Also the activities in the whole area are a lot cheaper then in the most other countries i have visited. You dont need to be afraid to get ripped off by Taxi drivers or tourist agencies because you can book everything from your Hotel. They also oranize transfers to the big discos in Kemer every day which are also nice and cheap for drinking and dancing "

"Our three nights were wonderful and we were sad to leave.
The staff goes out of their way to help you with anything you may need.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed drinks by the pool in the afternoon.
I will stay here again and highly recommend. "

Wonderful, peaceful location where the air is cool and pure. The food (tasting menu) was exceptional, and along with some excellent wines made for a great evening. Breakfast also first class.

"The gardens are amazing. The little zoo in the middle of the buildings is good for kids. Other than that, rooms are spacious and clean yet dropping clean towels every day by the cleaners was an issue.
Most of the staff don’t know what they are doing. There are servers who don’t speak Turkish or English but only Russian. So it may be hard for you to communicate with them. The management sounds poor organizing service. I am indeed not sure what the problem is with the service in general....
