Hotel was terrible. We had 5 rooms booked. Every room smelt. bed linen & pillows had staines and a a few had blood staines. Bathroom facilities did not work. Mould everywhere. Windows were so dirty that you could not see out of them. Mosquito's all ever the hotel. The room doors did not feel safe. Some door frames were bent (marks of attempted break in). We paid the hotel in cash upon checkin. After 20 minutes we decided we could not stay at this hotel and moved to a more expensive one. Hotel would not provide any refund. This hotel was booked thanks to the photo's that Expedia had advertised on their website. I see the hotel is still advertised as. The hotel looks NOTHING like the photo's.

Our booking was not made - travelocity or the hotels fault, I don't know-. The room they gave us was horrible. Two beds put together as if it was the king size one we booked, the a.c. was loud and didn't work properly. The receptionist from the night shift was nice.

El personal siempre fue muy amable, serviciales y respetuosos, eso es de destacar. La habitación era de muy mala calidad, los colchones muy viejos, los soportes uno estaba roto (lo cambiaron) y todos hacían ruidos. El baño era muy incomodo, todo lo que respecta a la habitación era muy malo. La ubicación del hotel es buena, porque está en pleno centro.

Por favor eviten este hotel, no es serio
me fue muy mal, al llegar me indicaron que no habia espacio, eramos 3 familias que teniamos el mismo problema al llegar, es decir no fuimos los unicos o alguna casualidad, y nos derivaron a otro albergue sin nombre, es decir no oficial, en muy mal estado y claro que con la misma reserva, por un lugar que no fue lo que uno espera al reservar y confiar en las fotos publicadas, es el segundo comentario que publico porque el primero me lo rechazaron y no lo publicaron, por expresar lo que sentia por este hotel que nos estafo, mi recomendacion es que no caigan como todos los otros que lamentablemente elegimos este lugar, lo lamentaran como yo lo hago

não consegui me hospedar no hotel ! quando cheguei la a recepcionista me informou que eles estavam lotados e o problema era que a expedia continuava oferecendo vagas sem ter , como estava em cima da hora tive que andar em todos os hotéis na região e so consegui achar uma vaga no final do dia , em um hotel o dobro mais caro , total falta de consideração da expedia em ao menos avisar sobre o ocorrido ou prestar qualquer suporte , estou passando o caso para o meu advogado para tomar as providencias legais sobre essa situação ,
