Everything you need at a modest price.
Spacious room, good quality furnishings, clean, larger mini-frig, HVAC worked well, TV was good. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Good value.

Super cold shower NO HOT WATER
No hot water in the shower only the sink called front desk, they sent housekeeping to room to check water, she looked at me and said “the water is hot” so I had to show her the difference between HOT and LUKE WARM!! I said to her it’s not warm enough to give a baby a bath!! She agreed and left the room and nothing was resolved not even a discount on room or even a sorry!!!

The PM Front Desk could be more Hospitable. The property sits in a very busy intersection. It is close to various dining places.
Rooms are updated. Bathroom needs updating. The outside property needs more TLC and clealiness.

Clean comfy room with the right amenities, friendly, convenient area, and pet friendly. Bring ear plugs the freeway is loud and goes all night.

Staff did not initially give me a parking pass, stated it wasn’t necessary. Also he was not very friendly and made me wait 5 minutes so he could reply to a text. We got to our room and it seemed someone was in there since the top was locked but the key worked. When we went downstairs someone was at the desk saying they walked in on someone in their room with the key they were given. So I fully believe someone was also in the room we were initially given. The second time I went to the office is when I was told we DO need a parking pass. The space was also not the cleanest. The showers look like they’ve never been cleaned properly and the floors tracked dirt.
