Great place to stay!
Hotel staff could not have been better, they always have a smile and willing to help. Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Location was perfect to walk around and see all the shops and eat the local food. Experience was 10 out of 10! I would stay here again if I travel back to Hanoi. Perfection
This was one of the most perfect hotels I have ever stayed in. The entire experience from check in to check out was flawless. The hotel is gorgeous with such a beautiful lobby, tastefully decorated rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff were exceptional and made check in feel very personal and professional. Location wise it is 10/10. Many of the top sites of Hanoi are within a few minutes walk. There is also a lovely rooftop bar. As someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels, this one is nearing the top of my list, including ultra luxury hotels.

This was our second time here. The hotel is great, in a GREAT location. To save money we did the windowless room which I wouldn't do again. You have no concept of if it's 8 at night or 8 in the morning. Bathrooms are quite small, but the shower is great. Bed is super comfy. There is a mini bar. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice. Perfect hotel for exploring Hanoi!
