A dream apartment ambiance (not a room!), modern design, very clean, fantastic location (Whole Foods is literally by the entrance and with their parking lot at the same place), the best part of STL (very trendy coffee shops and restaurants). The apartment was awesome. Easy check in process. It felt like luxury living. Very spacious!! I loved the decor. Everything was provided down to the laundry detergent pods. Plus Whole Foods was just downstairs!! There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will definitely book again!!!

Great place! Highly recommend 👌
Had to travel for a surgery at St. Louis Children's Hospital, and we were very comfortable here. Very easy check in process and good communication. Room was very clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. If I were to give any suggestions it would be that the living room needs more comfy furniture. The one tv was located in the living room, and while the couch there is cute and decorative, it isn't super comfortable and only fits 2 people. This didn't have any negative impact on our stay, just an observation. We will be traveling again for appointments and we will definitely be staying here again! I would highly recommend it to others.

We loved staying at the Kasa and would definitely stay again. Check-in and communication were very easy. We loved getting morning coffee in the lounge. The unit appeared clean but there was residual toothpaste in one of the sinks and the floors left bare feet dirty so I felt I needed to keep my shoes on at all times which doesn’t help the problem. Having some extra seating in the living room for tv watching would have been nice as well. These are just general comments and we would definitely stay again especially given the convenience of location and local amenities. We were in St Louis for a family function and not to spend the entire time in the unit.

Great experience with KASA. Recommend KASA apartments over a hotel when traveling with family or friends. Separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms. WIN WIN Also recommend the extra fee to park in the garage as parking was assigned and near the same floor our room was on. Felt very safe in this environment.

Great condo, perfect location, smooth check-in
This property was perfect for us, quite literally a turn-key condo apartment. I was very impressed by the attention to detail in the documentation (e.g. check-in instructions) and in the text/website automation for everything from door locks and parking details to late check-out options. We had a second-floor unit which means there's a bit more light and noise from the street. Nothing worse than you'd expect from any property in the same location, however thick curtains instead of the blinds might have been helpful.
