Absolutely horrible checking experience. Terrible first impression. The staff is dismissive and is more focused on getting guests checked in. We reserved 2 rooms and had 3 children with us. After a check in process of over 1 hour, it felt as if we were getting a mortgage, they gave us 2 rooms that had 4 rooms in between them, no apologies, no understanding that we couldn’t have our young children being so far apart. Once we adamantly refused to take the rooms, they finally gave us a 2 rooms with an adjoining door, which they had available the entire time.
The rooms are in poor conditions, hot water may or may not work!
Your sink may partially drain
Your toilet may randomly not flush
They nickel and dime you for everything. Internet is $2 per day per device! May not work in your room, only in certain common areas.
The positives: lots to do. The servers are friendly and attentive!
