Sharpstown location is better than Stafford
Front Desk was helpful and lobby was clean and quiet..The room was clean my only negative the TV no signal but room was changed.The breakfast was ok need fresh bread esp the Bagel need improving. Overall, my stay was okay and better than those extended stay..I recommend its a bit pricey for this area 76 to 80 dollsrs..

The issuse we had with the room was that it had roaches in it. Our refrigerator did not work so we could keep our stuff cold. The elevator did not work we had to walk up 4 story’s up.

The hotel is just okay. The elevator was not workinh throughout my 7days stay. It was very inconviniencing. The rug to the stairwell is dirty and has an odor. The rooms are clean.

Avoid if you can
Avoid this place if you can. No working elevator. Dirtiest stairs, smell like excreta.

No elevator. Rude guests
The Hotel is usually a nice place to stay. This time the elevator was not working and it was loud above us. I complained multiple times but they would not stop doing whatever they were doing on the floor above us. The guy at the reception said he had been up there multiple times. At some point you need to keep people out. It doesn't matter if they are there cuz they're immigrants or on FEMA or whatever they need to know how to stay in a hotel without bothering everybody else. I wish they had known they had those kind of people staying here and the elevator didn't work before I drove 4 hours. One kid even asked me for money as I was walking the stairs. Guess we'll have to pay more for a better Hotel without those type of people
