Really lovely hotel, brilliant staff. Nicky who was front of house was excellent and really friendly. Made time to speak to me and my family, including the kids. Only downside was they didn't have robes for the spa in the family room we were in. But did have towels, so we made do with those

The service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our initial room had a very strange strong unpleasant smell so we asked to be moved. They moved us happily into another room but unfortunately that smelt of stale smoke but it was preferable to the first room. The facilities were good. We used the gym, pool and sauna several times during our stay. They are very small so if it’s busy it might be an issue. Food and drink was good.

Friendly staff
We did stay for 11 nights, I asked for a fridge several times for such a long stay but they never got back to me! Room was fine - the shower is over a very narrow bath tub which is tricky to get in and out of. Nice gym, pool and beautiful grounds to walk in. Nice location, close to Ecclesall rd. The buffet breakfast was good. Reception was very helpful - Lisa was great

Bed big enough for snow white and all her friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kenwood Hall. It was the perfect location for exploring Sheffield and the Peak District, with the added bonus that it is dog friendly too! A special mention for Hollie working in the cafe/restaurant area, who was very helpful and friendly!
