Not the Hilton standard
This was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve had thus far. We had to create parking spaces due to the lack of parking spaces. The room was not prepared adequately with shower gel because we had to use shampoo to bathe. We told the front desk early that morning before going to the park that we were out. Later that night we realize they did not replenish the shower gel and Upon telling the front desk again that we had no shower gel, the gentleman proceeded to the back and brought out lotion. The other lady upfront overheard the interaction and proceeded to offer us bars of soap stating that they did not have access to the housekeeping closet. When we checked in the front desk neglected to ask me if I was a Hilton honors member therefore we did not have access to Hilton perks such as the digital card. The coffee up front was also out when we needed it before catching a 5 am flight. There was only one ice machine located on the first floor and we had to ask for buckets. Also the only microwave was in the lobby as well. This was jus not the Hilton standard. I did not enjoy my stay and was inconvenienced all weekend.

Flight was cancelled. I called to explain why I couldn’t make it and was told too bad we are going to charge you anyway. My Grandsughter was there and said it was busy so they could have rented the room anyway. Very disappointing.

The hotel is clean and very fancy furniture. there is no carpet on the rooms which is very good for me that has allergies. The only thing it really disappointed me was the breakfast. There is no eggs, no bacon or sausages. Thank you

Short on amenities and hot water
Nice room, spacious with a room for the bed and a room with couch and chair with bathroom in between. Bed and TV were fine, bathroom was fine. However, there was barely warm water to shower with. The water fell short of anything you could call hot my entire stay. There were no useful amenities like the plastic cups usually left in the bathroom, and the only soap was the sower gel dispenser in the shower. No hand soap. There was no coffeemaker, though that I didn't care about that. No microwave either, but that wasn't a major issue for me. For such a spacious room the refrigerator was small. Half the size (if that) of the "normal" hotel fridge. While the room and the furniture were great, the lack of truly hot water and no normal complimentary thing like cups and hand soap made it a rather annoying stay. They did service the room every day, though, which is a plus where many hotels have gone to a more sparse schedule and that I do appreciate.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Was a little put off that there was a sitting area with a couch and chair but no tv in that area. Also, not having a coffee maker or microwave was kind of abnormal for this day and age. But if I would have read the full descrption of the room, I would have known that before getting there.

Considering that we only used the hotel to sleep every night it was fine for our needs. It is clear that the rooms were given “the landlord special” when they renovated the hotel. The tubs were even painted. The drain in our shower didn’t work and the shower would fluctuate temperatures as you were using it. There was a distinct marijuana smell throughout the building, obviously from guests but still irritating. However, the beds were very comfortable and clean. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep this definitely works and is much more affordable compared to other resorts. The location was fantastic especially if you are going to Universal. It’s about 25-30 min away from Disney.

Great spot, Super close to universal. Other reviews say the breakfast isn’t great. The bagels, cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were just fine to get us started. Room was clean and the shower was fine. Beds were comfortable and my family slept great.

Dog accepted but not dog friendly
They accept pets but that’s not to say it is dog friendly knew I had a hog and put us on 5th floor and no do walk only parking lot that was dangerous and to small for the size of the hotel people paled behind all the cars it was chaos.
