This is the perfect hotel if you're traveling with a dog and it was my second stay. Easy access through the side door on ground level. Great options for walks in the neighborhood and parks nearby. St Ellen park is my favorite when traveling with a dog. Hotel has a nice gym with free weights and an indoor pool. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There's complementary water in the lobby. Parking is easy and free. There's also a restaurant/bar, but I didn't try it

I was looking for a decent place to stay that was affordable. I found this place. It was clean, no odors, no complaints on room (comfortable), no pests, no loud noises, no disgruntled employees, great parking. Very close to stores and restaurants. Would give 5 stars but breakfast is $11.99 and there is no internet on the tv (could not use apps to stream movies). Overall, Good stay! Would I stay again? Yes, although complimentary breakfast and internet on the tv would be icing on the cake.

Overall it did what we needed but the bed was sagging in the middle, the sheets were cleaned but very stained as well as the towels so it made me nervous to whether it was actually stains or just dirty. There was a toenail in the middle of the carpet. Love that but besides all that staff was friendly and we were able to book last minute. We told the front desk about the bed and were compensated for that so thankful he did that.

It was great, right by a lot of stores and restaurants, hop on and off the highway. But didn't like that they asked for $100 for an accidental fee for 1 night. Seems a bit high, I understand holding a small fee (under $20) . Morning staff was nice and friendly, but the night staff seemed a bit unorganized . I was there checking in and he literally took a call, and started to help them instead of handling my check in. The room was great, aside from the tub feeling like it was going to break under my feet. Seemed like it needed to be reinforced. All in all. It was comfy beds and decently priced.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel location was conductive to where we needed to be. The staff was outstanding. Lucas checked us in and he was wonderful. The breakfast staff, Ashli and Shilpa are jewel. They were both very accommodating and the food they prepared was delicious along with their service. If you are traveling to this location and looking for a place to lodge I highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff is WONDERFUL.
