We stayed at the Hyatt the week after Christmas and were very impressed with the staff. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful! Unfortunately, many guests here are the exact opposite - a shame! Lots of “young people” who bawl at night, set off alarms or get drunk. Unfortunately, we didn't like the "Americanization" at all. A little more Mexico would be nice.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was beautiful and we loved the swim out pool. Room service was amazing. We had the floating breakfast which was fun! My room was spotless and restocked daily. Couple of things: Luggage took 3 hours to deliver to room and they delivered to the room next door. We even called twice to ask why it hadn’t been delivered. We would’ve taken the luggage with us but they wouldn’t let us. Language barrier : a few employees didn’t speak any English but would reply Ok, I got you. But nothing would happen. This happened when ordering the floating breakfast, the luggage and the missing wine from our friends room. We asked multiple times for these items. We figured out later it was a language barrier. Missing wine : both our friends and us bought the VIP package from Expedia which included sparkling wine. Our room had a bottle but theirs did not. We later found out at the pool bar it went to another room and from a conversation with another guest. We asked 3 times for a bottle which was finally received. See comment above. Sunday evening, all of the restaurants were closed except two (even the buffet was closed) and the wait was 45 minutes. Minor things but when booking a Hyatt resort and the amount we paid, we felt these things shouldn’t have happened. Everyone was nice and friendly. Check in and out was easy.

Hyatt was a good buy for the buck. There is a lot of room for improvement. Only having 4 restaurants was a big problem. And the clientele were quiet at first but when the weekend approached groups arrived and the loud parties began. The rooms were a nice upgrade and I loved the showers. The control of the wild life was bad having the clooties running wild outside and inside the resort. We actually had one brave enough to jump up on our table while we were eating. Would I return yes if I was looking for more bang for my buck

This was a smaller quieter adults only all inclusive resort that I have stayed at in the area. The dining options are smaller however the food was very good. The buffet had a lot of options and very fresh and tasty food. The hibachi at the Asian restaurant is the only meal that you have to make reservations and we loved the food and the hibachi was a lot of fun.The resort itself is very nice and the ocean view King room we stayed in was nice and spacious with a patio and view overlooking the pool and the ocean. The pool was great with a swim up bar and the beach area on the resort was great with plenty of beach area and no seaweed this time of the year. The resort did provide 2 weekend nights of about an hour of entertainment with dancers and shows and the sports lounge provided karaoke however if you are looking for a lively resort with a lot of entertainment then this would not be the resort for you. My husband and I were not looking for that on this trip so it was just fine for us. We do love Hyatt resorts and have stayed at many Hyatts and overall we were very pleased with this resort.

Property was small and somewhat updated from the old Capri. Check in was a used car salesman routine, lied and made it sound nice. the lack of restaurants was bad one night we only had 2 choices so we ended up eating at 9:00. It rained and there were several leaks around the whole resort. Rooms were very nice and updated. beach was big but could have used more Palapas. Overall nice resort for the money but not 5 star.

We enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately the rain storm came through our room at 1 am and rained on me- but we were upgraded thankfully. We also asked for a mattress pad 3 times but never got one. Ana and Juni with entertainment were so great. Francisco at the Social was my favourite bartender by far. I did wish the cabanas and coconuts were included in our stay though. I will most likely be back as our service was still great.

Mi esposo y yo quedamos muy contento con el masaje y el circuito antes del masaje. Mi parte favorita fue la cafetería, relajante y perfecta para disfrutar de tu café y la repostería. The food was very good- we had the Italian and Asian and found both lovely as was the restaurant for lunch over the pool. Loved my massage with Jose and Cinthia was so accommodating in water therapy area. Jose did a healing, good pressure therapeutic massage, a nice surprise for a resort. The bed was a bit hard but the room was nice. Everyone on staff that we encountered was very friendly from the breakfast buffet attendant Guadalupe to the bellmen. We did not like the timeshare sales right after check in- felt uncomfortable and sort of got the vacation off on the wrong foot, but I just let it go and had a really fun time otherwise. I would advise them have an area to provide timeshare discussion instead of funneling everyone to have a “talk” just after checking in coming from long flight and airport bustle.

Overall very nice and great experience. The staff were extremely nice and quick to resolve any issue! There were a few things that were a little run down around the property but nothing that truly affected the experience.
