Very friendly front desk and hotel staff - they were always welcoming when we were coming and going. VERY clean rooms. The mattress was extra comfortable. Hotel is close (walking distance across the street) to many stores, Conestoga Mall and a short drive to points of interest (St. Jacob's Market). The staff were amazing. The first night the room was extremely hot throughout the night but there was no way to turn on the AC. The next day, the receptionist moved us to another room without any issues and was very kind. We had breakfast the first day which was ok, nothing crazy. Overall staffs are polite. I wanted to address the door issues. First of all we were unluckily next to the room which the people started opening and closing the door many times in between 11pm and 1am, someone coming in and out. I called the front desk. The staff was quite rude and kept saying he couldn't do anything. It was a very bad experience for me and my husband. We couldn't sleep. I found out the door was heavy and the door frame might not be good enough to absorb banging sound and vibration.
