Amazing place!
The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!

Das Hotel hat alles, was wir uns wünschten. Einen sehr schönen Spabereich mit einem tollen Blick auf die Stadt und die umher liegenden Berge, während man in der Sauna sitzt und einen Outdoor Pool mit der Möglichkeit, direkt an den Poolrand zu schwimmen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, und das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten uns eine Massage gegönnt, wir genossen die Masagen durch Birgit und Marta sehr. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und waren überrascht, wie großzügig und komfortabel wir wohnten. Wir wohnten im dritten Stock und es war total ruhig während der Nacht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, um dieses schöne Erlebnis zu wiederholen.
