I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided during my recent stay. Despite several visits to the concierge for assistance with restaurant bookings and recommendations for places to visit, I received no meaningful help. Each time I raised a complaint, I was assured that improvements would be made, but no action was taken.
The disappointment extended beyond the concierge services. The housekeeping services were equally frustrating. I had to request basic amenities multiple times before receiving them, if at all. This lack of attention to guest needs and repeated neglect is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard.
Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of effective service, constant empty promises, and poor housekeeping have left me with no other choice but to express my concerns. Given my experience, I do not believe it is worth staying at your hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
