Beautiful Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Osaka. The service was excellent, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. The hotel provided all the necessities we needed, and having a convenience store located within the hotel was a big plus. The staff spoke English very well, and they assisted us with both receiving and sending our luggage, which made our travels much easier. The location was also fantastic—close to plenty of food options and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

First and Last time

This Hotel isn't close to the Osaka Station. Got into an argument with the front Desk over the room's temperature. You can't control the AC and some rocket scientist decided that 25°C/80°F was the perfect sleeping temperature. The buffet was nice, what wasn't nice was the absence of sneeze guards over the food.

O Hotel é pequeno o que achei ótimo, hotéis com maior estrutura é resultado de muita gente circulando e até filas pro elevador, como por exemplo o que fiquei do APÁ em Osaka - não gostei. Achei que o quarto realmente é pequeno como muitos comentários que vi, estava ciente e claro pra mim, mas o que pegou pra mim foi a qualidade do colchão muito ruim, tanto nesse que fiquei em Ginza quanto o de Osaka. Poderiam muito bem investir nesse requisito tão importante!!!!
