Nice upgrade

The hostess initially gave me a room with a king bed initially, didn’t know until we got in the room. Supposed to be 2 queen beds. When I went to change it, she upgraded us to a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa! That was very nice of her! Was also pleasantly surprised to get housekeeping. We only stayed 2 nights! Much better than my last experience at a Wyndham!

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. Only real bad thing was the TV, it sounded like the speakers had blown and it was not easy to navigate other than that would stay there again.

It was a construction zone! Undergoing renovation. Entered building via a side-entrance and rabbit-warren of corridors because the front lobby wasn’t usable. Outside were many enormous ants. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok.

FYI-this place is under construction and becoming a La Quinta I overall had a restful time here as I was passing through for work. Comfy bed, good movies on the tv, and the staff was really nice considering that the whole place is under construction. The only reason for the 3 stars for property conditions and surrounding area is because of the construction. Once construction is complete I’m sure everything will be nice.
