They can improve room cleanliness. Staff is good.
The staff is great and so was the dinner i had the previous night. But the rooms itself needs more attention. May be it was my fault that i booked a twin room which was less costly.
I had itching all night in those beds. I was so afraid to open my bags because i did not want any bed mites to transfer in my luggage.
One of the beds had some marks on the bedsheet but that was ok as it was external on the top.
There was also a lot of noise coming from outside into the room. A neighboring room member was knocking the door and i woke up thinking someone is knocking on my door. It was very loud.
Overall
The room was not the cleanist and the bathroom was super small. I would not sit on the pot properly. The color of the walls (dark blue) made the room feel even more small. If they change the color and improve cleanliness it will surely improve the experience.
