Great western hotel wasn’t quite a hotel …. It’s more like a locals hang out !!! The room was clean and tidy the bed comfy to worked well mobile signal good , bus route great for bath and Bristol just wasn’t keen on the restaurant… no pool either even though it said pool when purchased didn’t use the gym . Parking was ok too . Reception staff nice ..

The surrounding property is nothing short of gorgeous and peaceful. The room was top-notch! Staff was wonderful. The bar is fantastic, and the dining was excellent! The surrounding town was beautiful too!

The room was a larger space and the staff was friendly. Room was clean. Towels were nice. This is an older hotel with poor room ventilation, dark and moist for most of our stay. Towels do not dry. Large common areas to stay and window view was nice. Lots of free parking. Meals and bar are very expensive . Nothing really walkable.

My niggles - restaurant menu limited and nothing very healthy; kitchen closes at 8.30; continental breakfast overpriced; only one comfortable chair in the bedroom; a bit too golf oriented to my taste.
