Excellent location for exploring
We found Gwyndra House to be very comfortable, clean and ideally located close to the train and bus station to explore this region of Cornwall. Our hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and made us feel very welcome. We would wholeheartedly recommend Gwyndra House as an excellent place to stay.

Missing the final touches.
Room was spacious, but lacking a couple of items to make the stay easier. Full length mirror would have been ideal, a dresser table with vanity mirror. The towels were somewhat thread bare and as for bath towels, on the small side, but the shower was good, plenty of power. Had to clean out the ceiling extractor fan as it was clogged up with built up dust (it won't work efficiently if blocked up!) A little attention to detail would not go a miss. St Ives

The breakfasts are delicious with lots of options. Loved that I could choose what to have. It is very conveniently located and within easy walking distance of the train station. I stayed for a weekend, while attending the Eden Sessions. The location is very convenient, since I don't drive and commuted by public transport. The staff were very accommodating with accepting my late check-in, serving hot breakfast immediately, including offerred further assistance if needed.

Perfect B&B
A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.
