Amazing stay. Nice new modern hotel Only fault was breakfast room is not big enough . We were shifted to the club room for breakfast but it only had around 30% of the buffet variety Also on 31 December, the pool area was basically closed as the lounges were mainly removed and the set up for NYE began at 1000 in the morning We could not utilize the pool on this day. They charge massive amounts for nye which is fine but not at the expense of staying guests

Nice hotel and bad service
The hotel it’s perfect but the service it’s a one star hotel service. Last week I stayed at address in Istanbul so that you can call service. I got the same level of service in all other addresses like Sky view and other addresses in UAE. At the check in time it’s took 45 minutes only reach the front desk agent it was same at checkout as well. We asked for a bellboy and no one came to help us with our luggage. 5 stars building and hotel but one star service.

Steam cabine did not work. Also there were no hot water in the room, so I couldn’t use the bath thub at all. There were misunderstanding with dry cleaning and with the invoice as well. And at the end after sharing with the staff all these information, like all there were normal, not even a single gesture was given as a compensation. Apparently, the hotel rents out the pool to do photoshoots (including weekends) so you might not be able to use the pool you see in the hotel pictures, instead they will send you to the hotel next door with shuttles or maybe even walking P.S the hotel next door cost 6-8 times less than what you are paying for the hotel you originally booked. OfCourse, I had the worst experience because I was not informed about the whole situation. and i was asked to leave the pool premises by the lifeguard because the managers were busy, and the lifeguard had no job at the time because no one was swimming .... long story short I felt humiliated while waiting over 30 minutes by the pool to see the manager (which would have fixed the whole situation) then I made my decision to make an early checkout and To be honest I used to be a fan of the address hotel chain and I know as 1 customer I won't matter ... but this is my experience and I wanted to share ...
