A hidden gem
The staff are brilliant (especially monsieur parfait :-) ) they are all proud and invested in the success of the place , you get a real team vibe abou it . I have stayed here twice in one month now and both times was made to feel soooooo welcome, the first time was as a solo traveler in the pouring rain when as a late arrival I was given a hot meal and a warm welcome, the second time was with a colleague when we ventured out to the nearby excellent restaurant, after enjoying a drink in the hotel bar The hotel is newly renovated and superbly clean, it’s in a quiet location but not far from the highway. It should not be classified a two star hotel, it should be a three star , which it definitely will be as soon as the classification board see the renovations etc, (the hotel is currently awaiting reclassification) all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool area , although not open when I stayed due to the season, looks lovely, the breakfast was simple but good and good value for money. Overall the hotel is not pretentious, but wecoming , clean and comfortable, I will definitely be back and will be recommending to my colleagues , it will be our go to place when we are passing through to the south of France and italy / Spain or working in Dijon

Nice newly renovated hotel , very helpful and friendly staff , comfortable beds and hot shower . There is no restaurant, but they do serve a limited menu of pre prepared reheated meals which are actually very tasty and reasonably priced, breakfast not extensive, but not expensive either, so actually good value for money. Will definitely return

Old hotel where you can find a perfect breakfast
Old hotel with free onsite parking lot and free Wi-Fi. Room was old, but clean and stuff was very friendly. Breakfast was a biggest surprise - It was just amazing! You can choose this hotel if you just need clean place where to sleep and take perfectly good breakfast in the morning.

Good for stopover.
A one night stopover to break long journey. We are a big family. Welcoming and clean. Town of Dole well worth a wander through and we ate out there. Hotel a bit worn but great price and was just what we wanted. Breakfast was good.

Pleasant Stay
The Hotel is practically across the road from the 'Necropole Nationale de Saint Quentin'. The area is seeped in history. The Hotel Manager is a great, smiling, friendly man. The room was very spacious and comfortable. After being cooped up in tiny hotel rooms during the trip, this room was a pleasure to be in. There is a Chinese Buffet Restaurant across the road and a French Restaurant in the Campanile Hotel next door. The Intermarche and several other shops, like Kiabi, are also within walking distance. Pleasant stay.

Needs much improvement.
As an overnight stay, this was O.K. but the bathroom was shabby and had an unfinished repair to the wall behind the toilet. As is usual with this type of hotel, it is on an industrial estate, but this one did not have any restaurants nearby. The breakfast was the normal selection, but again other budget hotels (e.g. Balladins) have much better quality and variety and at a lower price. The only plus point was the very friendly receptionist, but this is not enough to tempt us to return.

Dole Stopover
We booked this hotel a few hours before we arrived. It was easy to find on the outskirts of Dole in an industrial/retail park. The rooms were very basic were are clean and a good size. The staff speak English well. Bar stays open until 10pm so we were able to buy tea/coffee.
