Lovely comfortable and quaint rooms with everything we needed. Welcome drink on arrival from the extremely friendly and helpful manager. One of the best breakfasts I've had. Lots of thoughtful extras. Quiet location with restaurants down the street. I highly recommend Arthur's.

On arrival we were greeted by Jill at check in. She was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was immaculately presented and had everything we could possibly have needed . Breakfast at Arthurs was exceptional . The best we have ever had . Again, the hospitality from Jill and other staff members at breakfast was faultless. Automated service feels impersonal
Very nice room decorated to High standard, but self check in and no one around unless you call and emergency number. So for me the experience was very impersonal. I had an early start so did not complete the breakfast information, but was then woken up by a knock at the door at 10pm asking if I wanted breakfast.
