Hotel was near tube and Albert hall. Breakfast was good. Lift broken and room in second floor so lots of stairs. Decor a bit tired. Beds very very firm!

Terrible check in. Was given an occupied room twice causing a guest to be very startled. No amenities, no USB , put me in a room next to Laundry Room where noise was all night constantly and people coming in and out of the room throughout the night I would like to request a full refund for this awful stay

Nicely located hotel, but on a busy road
The hotel was very well situated near the Gloucester Rd tube, which meant direct Piccadilly Line access to Heathrow. The single room was unusually spacious, and there was even a bath tub, a luxury that I appreciated. However, as the single room faced the busy road, I found the road noise too high for my liking. I handled it with a pair of wax earplugs from Boots opposite, but just for this reason I probably will not stay there again. If you are not sensitive to noise, it is a different matter.

Perfect location across from Tube station with 3 lines. Room was very quiet at night, both windows opened, and the aircon worked. Lots of great restaurants and shops close. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom worn out, but lots of hot water and storage, both there and in bedroom. Very nice, efficient staff, good housekeeping. Bed and pillows clean but very hard. Still, I was tired, and slept well!
