Convenient location, not far from train station and airport!

Very clean very warm with great bedding. Nakagawa was great in helping me when my hire car broke down.

Room was great, amazing city view, very clean and modern, with TV and fridge with complimentary coffee. Reception very modern, and staff very welcoming with good English once I had exhausted my limited Japanese skills. Very nice public bath to relax in before bed and also good to have the guest lounge in the evening to enjoy a drink / eat snacks from the nearby convenience store. Perfect stay in Sapporo!.

The hotel has an elevator, restaurant downstairs, the room has AC and a bath and a washing machine, very clean and their cleaning system is very convenient, the hotel is strong against earthquakes so it’s safe, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, it’s a very nice hotel There’s a Lawson and 7-11 nearby very close and vending machines right outside the hotel There’s also a pizza place that’s so good highly recommend and it’s right next to the hotel There’s a Japanese Yakiniku place nearby...

The staff were incredible, we had issues with luggage forwarding, they rang the courier and sorted everything out for us. Amazing staff!

The South Wing is likely to be renovated not far

Very convenient for the JR station and Metro. Hotel is kept in 5 star condition. The rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. The cleaning staff do a great job. I have stayed before and will certainly do so again.

Staff are nice and professional with good English, they are helpful and smile a lot. The room is clean with morden design, the public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view, the breakfast buffet has many choices: ramen, curry soup, ice cream machine, etc and tasty.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The beds were comfortable and room very clean. Staff were lovely. The hotel provides access to tea/coffee and bathroom amenities at the front desk and so you always have everything that you need. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Odori Park and the train station which makes it very convenient. An excellent stay.

One of the best place in Sapporo
