Got there a little after 11:00Pm and there was no one there to let us in the main entrance. I waited a little over 30 min calling and leaving messages and no helped. Bottom line we had to go book another room at another hotel. Never got a call back or anyone caring that our checkin didn’t happen!!

We had a gray time and everyone was very responsive to our needs. Very easy check in and check out process. Loved the patio and sitting there to enjoy all the people walking by. Great location. Only draw back was having to pay $200 pesos for early check in but that may have been my own fault for not notifying them.

This place is super cute. It was gated and secure entry. We did not need much and the front office is only open during the day. Price is definitely worth it and all staff was friendly when we saw them. If you are not self sufficient and you like to always have someone available then this might not be you place, but for us it was perfect.

Lovely oasis in heart of the romantic zone
Vallarta sun suites is the place to be if you want to be in an oasis of calm in the midst of the partying romantic zone! I loved my stay, I was on the 4th floor and had partial sea views! The whole team is very lovely and accomodating, the rooms are charming, and the pool is nice too.

Vallarta Sun Suites has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I am ordering the same mattress and having it sent to my home in Texas. The staff is amazing and we loved being so close to the beach, pier, malecon and tile park. Best beds and location in PV. Highly recommend and will be back!
