One of my favorites places to stay when traveling to guadalajara

No staff on site for check-in. Terrible customer support as they don’t respect the policy shown on Expedia regarding changes to your reservation. The room was so tiny and the photos provided aren’t even close to the reality of the place!!! It looks like the photos were taken 10 years ago and no maintenance was done whatsoever. Horrible smell of moisture and wall paint shipped and damaged furniture.

Las indicaciones para acceder a la propiedad fueron claras y las instalaciones muy agradables, la zona es tranquila y hay una cafetería y tienda cerca. El único detalle fueron algunos huéspedes que azotaban las puertas en la noche.

Excelente ubicación y descanso
La decoración del lugar es preciosa, los colores y el estilo muy top e ideal para descansar la cama es cómoda y la ropa de cama también, es una casa con una excelente ubicación. Lo que no nos agradó 100% fue que la cortina del baño estaba en muy mal estado, me parece que tenía hongos y además olía a cañería muy muy feo el baño no tiene salida de olor ni ventilación todo el aroma del caño se venía directamente a la habitación y eso fue muy desagradable, de ahí en más no tenemos ninguna queja estuvimos muy cómodos y seguro regresaremos a probar otras habitaciones pero ojalá puedan poner algún quita olores entendemos que la finca es antigua y que cambien la cortina o la laven y desinfecten con cloro porque es algo desagradable. Muchas gracias ☺️
