Ugghhh...use only as a last resort
This was a last minute booking to attend the Blue Angels homecoming airshow. My Pensacola-based hosts cautioned me not to venture out alone at night as the area around this hotel is notoriously unsafe. There's no restaurant, only light snacks, water and soda available via vending machines (which were empty and property mgt just shrugged saying 'not my job'). And it was expensive, not a good value at all. For me, this is a 'last resort' going forward. Book early, book elsewhere.

Staff is the nicest part of the stay.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was decent size got the suite, had a full size fridge but microwave didn't work even in other kitchen area plugs. Honestly it was hotels.com that screwed up my reservation at another hotels so they put me in it. To be fair they asked me to look at it and i did not thinking i was stuck and had no other option. The area is very rough and the exterior was unkept my dog didn't even want to be there. We spent the first night but the stained sheets and dead roach in the hallway and pool out of order. Staff is great and no pet fee but if you can I'd stay elsewhere.

Would stay again
The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Appreciated Amanda’s attention to guest’s comfort. There is some traffic noise if your room is street side. The kitchen in the room was appreciated. There is a grocery store across the street that would be handy for an extended stay.

We drove 8 hours from st.petersburg Florida and when we arrived the room was not ready we couldn’t check in till almost 5 o’clock they offered us a 20 dollar discount that I have yet to receive and it was also a bloody towel left in the room they half cleaned

Not very impressive, we left early
Website says with kitchenette but room did not have any plates,cups, utensils, pans to cook with, no paper products except 1 roll of toilet paper, and no soap of any kind for kitchen or bathroom! We evacuated from the hurricane anticipating to be comfortable for a few days and were not. The flooring and gap beneath the door make it extremely noisy. We were not impressed with the quality for the price we paid.

Hurricane Milton
We had to evacuate for Hurricane Milton so we chose to ride out the storm in Pensacola. The hotel was great, however when we first arrived to our room, it smelled of dogs. I have asthma and severe allergies so this set me off right away. After being in the room for 2 days, the smell went away some but I do believe the hotel staff should separate rooms that are available for pets vs other rooms that are set aside for non pet owners. This would elevate any issues with those who allergies like me. The only other issue was the broken bathroom handle however we made it work. The staff was overly accommodating which made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
